公司/company是由陈轴、李明、李然、鄢醒于2008年创办的未知项目。2010年起，我们将陆续实施一系列的项目，暂定名“一个计划”。
company是一间公司，它没有老板和职员，也不发工资。它的概念和一切的概念一样模糊。company没有纲领和相应的注解，尽管没有一家公司叫公司，但仍可以称为公司。company艺术家之间的交流非常少，至少现在可以肯定，他们互相之间没有交融，没有共同的目标，也没有必须共同完成的事。每位成员仅仅因为彼此认可，才决定在2008年建立这间名叫company的公司。
company本身是一个封闭的组织，这个组织没有交流的冲动，但它不干涉每位成员的任何决定。company同时是一个进行中的计划，它随时可能做出新的决定，所以您现在看到的说明有可能才作过更改，艺术家名单也很有可能做过删减，但此时的company就是company所能呈现的全部。company不希望成为一种品牌和风格，但这个世界上的任何物种都需要另一种物种来为自己命名，我们在不希望被定义的同时也知道它终究会被时光机器判断为一个瞬间，于是放弃了着力定义这个想法。
我们重申过很多次，company只是一间公司。它并不是一个艺术团队和民间组织，但它可以是。请相信我们的陈述。人类的历史发展成就了文字记录的唯一方法，所以，前面所述也并非我们所想的全部。
COMPANY is an undisclosed project co-founded by Chen Zhou, Li Ming, Li Ran, Yan Xing in 2008. Since 2010, COMPANY has successively launched a series of projects named after A Project.
COMPANY is a company with no employer, employee and salary. The definition of COMPANY is as vague as all the definitions. COMPANY has no principles or precise characterization. The artists from COMPANY rarely communicate with each other; they work independently with no aims and no obligations towards doing things. COMPANY was founded under this name in 2008 and after the reciprocal recognition of each member.
COMPANY is not open to other people to join. This organization doesn’t encourage communications nor interfere members’ decisions. COMPANY is a project in progress and it can change at any time. COMPANY is what COMPANY is. It doesn’t aim at becoming a brand nor a style. Everything in this world is named after something else; however COMPANY doesn’t want to be defined, even though one day it will be, eventually. For this reason, the members gave up to define COMPANY.
It has been said many times that COMPANY is a company. It is not an art team or an organization, but it could be. Please trust COMPANY. Word is the only way to preserve the evolution of humanity; what has been stated here is not actually everything COMPANY believes in.
